After the keynote lecture, a panel discussion took place, facilitated by Associate Professor Michito Tsuruoka, Faculty of Policy Management (Deputy Director of KCS). He was joined by Professor Yuichi Hosoya, Faculty of Law (Director of KCS), and Professor Satoru Mori, Faculty of Law (Deputy Director of KCS).
